When I first opened the doors to Amber Waves Studio, I knew I wanted it to be more than a place to attend a meditation or receive a Reiki session. I wanted it to become a place where people could return to again and again—a place where slowing down felt natural, meaningful conversations could unfold, and community could grow one gathering at a time.
Over the past year, I've had the privilege of watching strangers become familiar faces. I've witnessed conversations continue long after the singing bowls became quiet, and I've seen the simple act of sitting together create a sense of belonging that so many of us are searching for.
As Amber Waves continues to grow, so do the ways we come together.
Moon Sessions
Our monthly Moon Sessions remain the heart of what we do.
Each New Moon and Full Moon gathering offers an evening of guided meditation and immersive sound, creating space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. The changing rhythm of the moon simply gives us a gentle reminder that life is meant to move in seasons—that there is a time for beginning, a time for letting go, and a time for simply being present with where we are.
These evenings continue to be a quiet invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and remember what it feels like to truly rest.
Deep Tracks
Some of the most meaningful conversations I've ever had didn't happen because someone had all the answers.
They happened because someone felt safe enough to ask the questions.
Deep Tracks was created for those kinds of mornings.
Once each month, we'll gather on a Sunday for a guided meditation, an immersive sound bath, a light seasonal brunch, tea, and conversation that wanders beyond everyday small talk. We'll explore ideas about creativity, intuition, purpose, symbolism, books, music, and the mystery of being alive—not to convince one another what to believe, but to create space where curiosity is welcomed and every voice has a place at the table.
Like the songs that never became radio hits, some of life's richest conversations happen just beyond the familiar.
After Hours
Life asks a great deal of us.
By Friday evening, many of us have spent the week caring for others, meeting deadlines, answering emails, and moving from one responsibility to the next.
After Hours is an opportunity to leave all of that at the door.
We'll begin with a short guided meditation and sound bath before the evening naturally unfolds with wine, seasonal bites, timeless music from the '60s and '70s, and conversation that is relaxed, genuine, and refreshingly unhurried.
No agenda.
No pressure.
Just good music, good company, and a chance to remember that joy and connection are every bit as nourishing as solitude.
Why Community Matters
While meditation is often thought of as a solitary practice, I've come to believe that growth happens in relationship as much as it happens in silence.
We need places where we can ask honest questions without feeling judged. Places where curiosity is welcomed, where different perspectives are respected, and where we remember that none of us has to walk the path alone.
Community doesn't ask us to be the same.
It simply asks us to show up.
My hope is that Amber Waves Studio becomes one of those places—a gathering place for people who are curious, thoughtful, and seeking something a little deeper than the hurried pace of everyday life. Whether you join us beneath the full moon, around the brunch table, or on a Friday evening as the week begins to fade away, I hope you'll find more than an event.
I hope you'll find your people.
Thank you for being part of this next chapter. I can't wait to welcome you.
