Little Lights Inner Light is a nurturing Reiki and relaxation session created especially for children. In a peaceful, supportive environment, kids are guided into deep rest through calming energy work, soft mindfulness techniques, and quiet grounding practices. These sessions help children slow down, release stress, and feel safe in their bodies and emotions. Many families seek Little Lights Inner Light for support with big feelings, transitions, sleep challenges, or simply to give their child a moment of calm in a busy world. Each session is child-led, age-appropriate, and centered on comfort and consent. Children remain fully clothed while resting on a cozy treatment table as gentle hands-on or hands-off Reiki promotes relaxation and emotional balance. Parents are invited to remain in the room during the session. A calm, comfortable space is provided so caregivers can relax, read, meditate, or simply enjoy a quiet moment while their child receives Reiki. This shared atmosphere of ease helps children feel safe and supported while offering parents restorative time as well. Little Lights Inner Light is not medical treatment, but a soothing wellness experience that encourages resilience, self-awareness, and inner calm. Recommended for agestwo and up.
