After Hours

By Friday evening, most of us have spent the week answering emails, meeting deadlines, and moving from one responsibility to the next. After Hours is an invitation to leave all of that at the door for a little while.

We'll begin with a short guided meditation to help settle the mind and release the rhythm of the week. From there, the evening unfolds naturally with thoughtfully selected wines, seasonal bites, a soundtrack of timeless music from the '60s and '70s, and conversations that are easy, genuine, and a little more interesting than the usual small talk.

Each gathering includes a few thoughtful prompts—not to steer the conversation, but to spark it. We might wander into creativity, travel, relationships, books, music, purpose, or the unexpected turns life has a way of taking. There are no right answers, no pressure to share, and no need to take yourself too seriously.
